Our Scanning Process
Consult & Quote
If desired, we start with a free, no-pressure consultation to discuss your scanning project, answer questions, provide a clear quote.
Sort & Prepare
A $29 deposit (which is applied in full to your final balance) is due before we ship any materials. We then ship sturdy photo boxes and poly bags in which you’ll sort your photos to prepare for scanning.
In-Person Pickup
YOu let us know you’re ready for scanning, and we’ll schedule a convenient time to pick up your materials in person.
Scan & Restore
We scan all of your photos at high resolution (600 DPI) and digitally retouch faded or damaged items if requested.
Secure Delivery
We let you know your project is complete, and after final payment is received, we send you a link to your scanned files. Your originals are returned in person, along with your scanned files on a USB if requested.
