We scan photos, slides, negatives, albums, books & journals, and documents into high-quality digital files. Prices depend on the number of items scanned, with progressive tiers that offer lower rates for larger orders.
For the final invoice, we count each item that is actually scanned (e.g., one photo = one item, regardless of the photo’s size or the number of files it produces from the scan, such as when we also scan the back). Please note that items requiring special scanning or handling (e.g., photos that are sticky, damaged, framed, thick, larger than 8×10, or smaller than 2 inches) may incur additional charges, as listed below in Additional Services & Fees.
How Our Tiered Pricing Works
Our pricing is progressive, similar to tax brackets. That means that each item is priced based on its position in your total order. For example, if we scan 600 photos, the first 100 are priced at $0.85 each, the next 400 (101–500) are $0.60 each, and the next 100 (501–600) are $0.56 each. This rewards larger orders with lower rates for additional items.

Travel Fees
Because we are a high-touch business offering local pickup and drop-off of your photos, we charge a one-time travel fee that partially covers the cost of shipping supplies to you and two round-trips to your location for pickup and delivery of your photos. The travel fee is based on your address in Northwest Arkansas (i.e., the location at which you’d like us to pick up and deliver your photos):

Downpayment
A $29 non-refundable downpayment is required to initiate the shipping of the supplies (photo box & poly bags) to your location. This downpayment fee is applied in full to your final invoice after completion of your project. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Minimum Order Size
Our photo digitization process provides you with a personalized, high-touch experience to preserve your cherished memories with care. Our $85 minimum order size (excluding the travel fee) ensures we can deliver exceptional customer service, including two in-person visits to your location to ensure safe pickup and delivery of your photos, slides, albums, or documents. If the final cost of your digitization order is below $85, we will round up to the $85 minimum to maintain our commitment to quality and convenience. Your $29 downpayment will be applied in full to the final invoice.
